At Sri Swathi Foods, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds once an order has been placed and delivered.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at sriswathifoods@gmail.com with details and photos of the issue. An unpacking video clearly showing the condition of the outer packaging and the product at the time of opening is compulsory for us to review any damage-related claims for a refund or exchange. We will review your case and provide an appropriate resolution where applicable.
