Orders are shipped exclusively within India using Shiprocket as our trusted logistics partner. We strive for prompt dispatch and delivery, but timelines may vary based on location and carrier conditions.

Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link once handed over to Shiprocket.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, size, and destination (flat rates or weight-based via Shiprocket).
  • Estimated delivery: 3-7 business days for metro cities; 5-10 business days for other areas.
  • Remote locations may take longer; check pincode eligibility at checkout.

Shipping Zones
We ship to all pin codes serviced by Shiprocket across India. No international shipping is available.

Tracking and Updates
Track your order in real-time using the Shiprocket tracking ID provided via email/SMS. Any delays due to weather, festivals, or carrier issues will be communicated.

Damaged or Lost Shipments
Inspect packages upon delivery. Report issues (damage, missing items) within 24 hours at sriswathifoods@gmail.com with photos and order details. We'll coordinate with Shiprocket for resolution.
